Ditching a sweet job in tech to launch your own business is a very brave move. Just ask Jessica Semaan. She left her gig at Airbnb to follow her passion — which just so happens to be helping other folks find their calling.

The Passion Co., which launched in October of last year, is a collective of creatives that hosts workshops, meetings, and events to help individuals find their true career path. Figuring out exactly what that is can be much more complex than you might think.

"No dream is built overnight," Semaan tells us. "The realization that you have to start somewhere, even if you are unsure, and that it takes time to get to where you want, is courageous."
